How long does it take to receive my order?
For made-to-order dolls:
Please allow 4–5 weeks for us to lovingly create and package your handmade doll before dispatch. Each order is crafted with care, and we want every detail to be just right.
For in-stock dolls:
If your chosen doll is in stock, please allow 5–7 working days for packaging and dispatch.
Do you make custom dolls?
While our core range includes standard characters, we occasionally offer limited custom options. Feel free to message us if you have something special in mind and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can I choose the name that’s embroidered on the doll?
Yes! Every Fabric & Floss friend can be personalised with a custom name. You’ll be able to add your chosen name during checkout.
What delivery options do you offer?
We deliver via PUDO (locker-to-locker) and PAXI (Pep-to-Pep). Full details, pricing, and timeframes are available on our Delivery Information page.
How will I know when my doll is ready?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. We’ll also keep you informed if there are any delays.
What are the dolls made of?
Each Fabric & Floss doll is crafted from high-quality cotton, linen, and soft polyfil stuffing. Every bow, button, and detail is carefully hand-stitched for durability and charm.
Are the dolls safe for babies and toddlers?
While we use child-safe materials, our dolls include small parts (like bows or buttons), so we recommend them for children aged 3 and up or with adult supervision.
How do I care for my doll?
To keep your doll looking its best, we recommend spot-cleaning only with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking or machine washing.
