Delivery Information
At Fabric & Floss, every order is carefully packed and prepared with love. We aim to ensure your new friend arrives safely and on time, ready to be hugged and cherished.
We currently offer delivery across South Africa using the following trusted services:
PUDO (Locker-to-Locker)
Cost: R70
Delivery Time: 2–4 working days (after dispatch)
How it works: You select your closest PUDO locker, and we’ll send your parcel there. You’ll receive a unique PIN via SMS to collect your order once it arrives.
Best for: Fast, secure, and contactless collection at your convenience.
PAXI (Pep-to-Pep)
Cost: R60
Delivery Time: 5–9 working days (after dispatch)
How it works: You provide your preferred Pep store at checkout, and your parcel will be sent there. You’ll receive an SMS with a collection code once your order is ready.
Best for: Affordable, budget-friendly delivery to over 2,000 collection points nationwide.
Order & Processing Time
Please allow 4–5 weeks for us to lovingly create and package your handmade doll before dispatch. Each order is crafted with care, and we want every detail to be just right.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey to your chosen locker or collection point.
Delays or Delivery Issues
While we rely on the delivery timelines provided by PUDO and PAXI, occasional delays may occur — especially around public holidays or during peak seasons. We are always available to assist with tracking and follow-ups if needed.
